For supper tonight we ate at McDonald's restaurant in Airway Heights on the outskirts of Spokane. I will tell what I did there in the what was your day like post. I ate a fish sandwich, always my choice! Also I had medium sized fries, potatoes, not rice like they have in the Philippines, to medium sized drinks of rootbeer, which I seldom drink anymore. I drank a lot of it while we lived in Stehekin because the rootbeer was free with our jobs, but before I seldom drank it, and since we have been back in the 3 years I have rarely drank it also. I drink mostly milk, orange juice, and water. Of course now I am eating peanut butter, honey, and drinking milk, which I do most every night before I go to bed.

I hope you will get to feeling better, Crisi, and regain your appetite! Tonight we had home made pizza, lettuce out of the garden, and a glass of milk. I drank a little apple juice and a glass of milk. Then I just ate a fourth cut of a cantalope, and it was pretty good! :D :D :D :D

Carol and our daughter got somekind of a Chinese mix of small chicken pieces, vegetables, in a sweet and sour sauce. Carol spinkled sliced almonds on it, and put it all over rice, and boy was it good. I had a glass of milk with it also. There was just the right amount of food to not be hungry, nor to be too full. Then I had some peanutbutter, milk and honey, after which I ate part of a bar of dark chocolate bar with some more milk, and it was good also! :D :D :D :D

For supper this evening we had some small steaks that our daughter over by Spokane gave to us. Spokane is where Bing Crosby grew up and lived his child and early adulthood. He had a relative that sang on a television church program out of Spokane. Anyway our kids have 10 acres there, and they allow this one person to cut hay off that property, and they allow another person to run his cows there after the hay is cut. Both of these people give our kids meat, and they give some to us. We ate some small steaks from that meat this evening, along with cooked frozen vegetables and milk. Carol wanted some chocolate covered almond nuts, and she asked me not to allow her to have the jar, but just give her 4 of them, so I did that, because of her diabetes. I then ate more of them, because I can, but I finally just had to put that jar away, because I can't stop eating them unless I do put it away, so that is what I did.    :D :D

This evening I had a bean burrito, or maybe 2 small ones. I drank a little milk, but not very much. We also had a green lettuce salad. After eating that I had a couple of small pieces of cake with milk poured over them. In all I guess I consumed a tall glass of milk. I am now drinking another glass of milk with eating peanut butter and honey. I have the peanut butter and honey most every night. :D :D :D :D

Red, have you been into my chocolate? I'm just kidding of course!  This evening we had lettuce salad with tomatoes and blue cheese dressing. Also we had a little small portion of meat that had been on the ribs, left over from our dinner with our friends with the families in the Philpppines. We also had tater tots, and I drank some milk along with my meal. It was a very good meal. I ate peanut butter, honey, and drank some milk as I usually do each evening before I go to bed. I did walk my 6.5 miles late this afternoon, so I did have an appetite!    :D :D

This evening for supper we had bean buritos, home made ones, and they were good, delicious. We had mixed vegetables as well. They were mostly squash, cauliflour, and carrots. I like the mixed vegetables for stir fry that have pea pods and a vegetable almost like the hard part of cabbage, very crunchy. We also drank some milk. I have gotten into the habbit of saving milk that I don't need to drink for the next meal or for my peanut butter and honey time. We are buying milk again now, so I could drink more without running us short on milk, but I am still in the saving mode. We have been having several meals out of the bean buritos as Carol made a lot of them. I think they get better each time we eat them!    :D :D
